Description:
This is a good example of late World War II bnz45 Kriegsmodell 98. The bnz is the factory code for Steyr. It has a late war laminated wood stock and butt plate. The bottom metal is marked svw, byf and eagle over 135 inspection stamp. The bolt is not serial numbered to the bnz barrel. This rifle is not import stamped. It would be a fine addition to any collection. Manufactured 1945. 8x57mm Mauser
