The item for sale is a Marlin 1894CL chambered for the 25-20 cartridge. This is in "as new" condition. We acquired this from a collection and do not know the history. We assume it has been fired but it may. be unfired. It shows no signs of use or handling. The gun is certainly 99 - 100% condition overall. We ship fully insured via USPS registered mail. Please include $ 45 to cover shipping and insurance. We require a FFL copy prior to shipping.
