About Us: I have had great luck in my sales through "GUNS INTERNATIONAL". This is the only site I use and do not plan to change.

Description:
This is Marlins first lever action rifle Model 1881 made c 1881-1892. The four digit serial number would indicate an early third model gun. There were slightly over 20,000 of all models made. The bore has strong rifling with some oxidation and is in good shooting order. The wood is very good with the minimum of dings and scratches, It has a 28 inch barrel and weighs 9 pounds 13 ounces. There is a lot of original finsh on both the metal and wood. Over all a very nice gun.
Antique, so no paperwork is required.
