Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: This is a beautiful 2009-production Ruger New Vaquero .357 Magnum / .38 Special single-action revolver with a 4 & 5/8ths" inch barrel in the sought-after factory High Gloss Stainless finish.  This Ruger was bought new by the original owner in 2009 and has only been fired a handful of times in the last 12 years.  The Ruger New Vaquero was introduced as the design-improved successor to the original Vaquero in 2005.  The New Vaquero model uses the slimmer pre-1962 XR-3 grip frame, a recontoured hammer, a new hammer spring design, a beveled cylinder, an unobtrusive and hidden keyed action-lock located underneath the right grip panel (discontinued in 2012), and cylinder indexing that properly aligns the loading gate cut-out with the cylinder borings.  The New Vaquero quickly proved to be just as reliable, well-made, and accurate as the older model and has been a massive success for the Ruger firm.  This particular example remains in excellent condition both inside and out.  The very popular factory bright stainless steel finish is still bright and clean, showing only some very minor handling marks.  As you can see from the pictures, none of these deductions take away from the exceptionally clean and handsome look of the revolver.  The bore is mirror-bright and perfect, showing sharp and strong rifling throughout the barrel.  There is no pitting, erosion, or imperfections of any kind visible.  The 6 cylinder bores in the fluted and beveled cylinder are equally as clean and free from defects/imperfections.  The cylinder face is free from any erosion or staining and the factory electro-penciled last three digits of the serial number "933" are still intact and fully visible.  The factory black checkered grips are in excellent condition as well, free from any visible wear to the checkering or Ruger logo.  Aside from a few extremely minor handling marks on the bottom edge of the right grip panel they look like-new.  Both grip panels are perfectly fit to the gun and tight to the grip frame with no gaps.  The action of this Ruger is extremely smooth, light, and perfectly precise.  The action is in perfect "time" no matter what speed it is worked.  All of the controls are in perfect working order and the trigger is exceptional, breaking cleanly with a very light pull without any excessive travel, grittiness, or slop.  This New Vaquero should function 100% like the day it left the factory over 12 years ago.  As mentioned in the title and pictured as well, this Ruger New Vaquero comes complete with the original box, etc..  This includes the original gray plastic box with an intact end-label serial numbered to the gun, the owner's manual, the original warranty card (never filled out), two keys for the hidden integral action lock, and the Ruger-branded padlock (which can be run thru the cylinder or thru the frame with the cylinder removed from the gun).  This Ruger New Vaquero would be an excellent addition to any gun or Ruger collection whether as a long-term investment or as a range toy.       NOTE: WE ALSO HAVE A 5.5" INCH NEW VAQUERO IDENTICAL TO THIS THAT WILL BE LISTED SOON AS WELL FOR THE SAME PRICE!
