The 22"" round 45 Government center fire (45-70) caliber barrel has an excellent, bright bore with very good rifling. It has a carbine front sight cover. The barrel is a smooth brown with areas of spotting. The receiver and breechblock have approx. 60% blue. The buttplate, triggerguard, and bands are a mixture of blue and brown. The sling bar and ring are present. The stock is good with issue dents and dings, no cracks or chips, a visible firing proof, and no visible cartouche. The action functions correctly.
