Description:
This is a Martini Enfield Carbine that was converted to 303 British in 1898. This one retains 75% barrel blue and the right side receiver has 60% blue and the left has 35%. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. It has a very good bore with fast and strong rifling. The wood is fine with normal storage dings. The wood butt stock has the British War Dept. Acceptance stamps and the Inspector Cartouches on rear stock.
