Most boxlocks are boring but this 7.5 lb extractor pigeon gun is not one of them. Raised notched rib on 28" NP steel barrels w excl bores in proof R732/726 L 732/714 marked icyl and half choke. Extensive English scroll engraving, w top safety, never before encountered on an Empire. Barrels professionally inscribed Herman Engelhart Baton Rouge LA. Lots of case color, trigger bow has browned out. Sound wood, 14 5/8"x1 3/4"x2 7/8"x1/4" cast off, serrated horn plate. Some scratches and scattered rust on barrels, would boil off. Unique and worthy of a little tlc.
