SOLD -- Dome Blue & Turnbull Case-Colored w/ Fire-Blued screws, cylinder pin and trigger. Factory "C" (75%) Engraved. Tru-Ivory Grips. Scarce model and absolutely stunning. 100% NEW in serially-numbered BOX UNFIRED w/ warranty card in plastic sleeve and USFA screen-printed soft gun glove. 100% US-Made. Copyright date printed inside box lid is 7/2006, which is well beyond the older Uberti or mixed “parts” guns. This gorgeous hand-detailed six-gun will be the centerpiece of any serious USFA collection. I’m happy to provide additional close-up pics from any angle, but it is 100% NEW and flawless in every respect. Unturned except for factory testing. While the standard production Sheriff Models had SM(A,B,C,etc.) prefix serial #'s, this was apparently one of a separate short run of 4” Sheriffs that were dressed out in different finishes and configurations. I have seen a Full-Dome Blue and a Nickel-plated 4" Sheriff for sale that are both within a few serial #’s of this example, and another one identical to mine. If you’re a USFA enthusiast, you already know the story. Several gun mag writers consider these sixguns equal to or better than First Gen Colts. They are truly examples of a gunmaker's artistry. Production ceased 8 or more years back, and they will likely never be made again. I’m located near Dallas/Waco/East & NE TX, so meeting for a legal in-person sale could work well for a Texas resident. Don’t have to sell or need to sell -- just an older guy wanting to pass along a highly collectible USFA six-gun to another enthusiast. Payment in US Post Office MO's ONLY (or cash for Texas in-person sale). Based on the dollar value and 100% NIB condition of this gun (no defects or distractions to evaluate), it is being offered for sale with no trades or return, same as if you bought it new in a gun shop. I haven't sold much recently, but have always had 100% Positive rating on GI and GB. Ships insured via USPS or UPS to your FFL. No sale to CA of any other area where unlawful, or a state or local agency requires special procedures other than the normal FFL transfer.
