Description:
The Mossberg 535 offers hunters an incredibly versatile Pump-Action Shotgun, suited for hunting a wide range of game, including waterfowl, upland birds, and turkey. The 535 comes with a vent-ribbed, smoothbore barrel that accepts Accu-Set choke. Twin beads on the ribbed barrel provide quick sight acquisition, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting optical sights. 535 pump shotguns have 3-1/2" chambers that function with 3-1/2", 3", and 2-3/4" shells, greatly enhancing the gun's versatility for shooting a variety of loads. The Model 535's basic design is modeled after the Mossberg 500, renowned for reliable function and durability. The Model 535 utilizes dual action bars to prevent binding and twisting while cycling the action, and a large locking lug for a solid steel-to-steel connection between the bolt and barrel. Dual extractors take a solid grip on the shell's rim for reliable extraction, and an anti-jam shell elevator ensures reliable feeding. Hunters can reach the top-mounted safety quickly with the thumb of either hand, making the 535 naturally ambidextrous. The Model 535's simplistic design makes fieldstripping the action easy by tapping out a single pin. The 535 Pump-Action Shotgun comes with a hardwood buttstock and forearm, a stout recoil pad, sling swivel studs, and a screw-in choke tube. 12 Gauge
