Description:
A very interesting Hoffer Swivel gun. These seem to be rare finds. Beautiful inlays and carvings, scattered cracks and wear as you would expect for a gun this age. Its a .54 rifle over .58 smoothbore I believe. To swivel the gun, simply press down on the front of the trigger guard and rotate barrels. There is some play in the swivel point due to use I assume. There is someone's name on the inside of the patch box lid. A neat old German hunting gun!
