"Spanish Miguelet Lock Blunderbuss. Possibly made for the Ottoman trade. Barrel length is 13" and 28" overall. Flare at the muzzle is 2". Action works perfectly. Barrel is deeply impressed with several markings. Stock, as it is fluted, appears to be Spanish. Similar stock design is also found on Portuguese guns. Cock is in the form of a bird. Overall this blunderbuss is in good to very good condition.
