Description:
I have a vintage Winchester Expert Model 96 in 12 gauge with 30" barrels, double white beads, threaded for Briley Thinwall chokes. Barrel is stamped for 2-3/4" only.
Included in sale are 3 Briley chokes in black oxide in IC, LM & IM constrictions. Has original Winchester butt pad. Mechanical triggers. This was once considered the poor man's Model 101. Great starter gun for sporting clays and 5-stand. Anyone local is welcome to meet at a gun club and test shoot this gun.
Gun has some handling marks to be expected on a shotgun of this age. One mark on the metal at the top of the tang, see pic. Some small dings in wood but nothing through the finish.
