What we have for your viewing pleasure is a U S ARMY Medical pouch and sterile bandage kit that APPEARS to be unopened but it has the looks of having been "over there." these kits from my understanding have sterile bandages and pins to hold them in place when applied by the soldier to address wounds received until a medic can arrive to offer better treatment.
The following markings are present and can be seen on the pouch FRONT FLAP: U. S.
The folling Markings are faded but APPEAR to be A. REIF& CO. PHILA. PA
The following markings are seen on the badage kit tin:

3 day Inspection begins at the moment the item shows delivered via the USPS tracking ALL INSPECTION TIMES ARE SET VIA THE SELLER'S LOCATION. Eastern Standard Time.once that inspection is over all sales become final i do not honor buyer's remorse. any specific concerns during inspection period will be addressed by email that way these concerns can be documented and addressed
