Description:
Winchester pre 64 model 71 deluxe built in 1941,just before the U.S.entered WWII. This rifle is in excellent original condition retaining 98% of the original blue finish. The bore is mint and free of any rust or pitting. The stock is sound with no cracks or damage and retains 98% of the original finish. The buttplate has been rusted and then cleaned (see photo). I am actively looking for an original buttplate to replace this one. The rifle comes with a period correct leather sling and original deluxe sling swivels. A great big bore Winchester for shooter or collector. C&R eligible.
