Description:
Savage model 1899H takedown in the hard to find 22 HiPower. Built in 1914,this rifle has a 20" barrel with a mint bore. The rifle has been well used but not abused. It retains 60% of the original bule finish and 70% of the original wood finish. All wear is smooth and free of rust or pitting. The stock is sound with no cracks or major damage other than normal handling marks. It has a Lyman tang peep sight and comes with 66 rounds of Sellier and Bellot 70 grain ammo. A great little rifle for varmints or deer. C&R eligible
