Description:
~Colt Officers Model .38spl revolver Second Issue, dated to 1914. This revolver features a blued steel frame with a 6" barrel, adjustable front and rear sights, with checkered walnut grips and deep-set Colt medallions, which were standard for this year of manufacture. The backstrap of the grip and the trigger face are checkered for extra grip as well. The revolver is in good working order with some signs of age, finish wear, and regular use, as shown in the photos. The chamber and bore surfaces look good, with only one small dark spot in the bore, that can be seen in the photos. The timing and lockup is solid in double action, however the timing appears to be very slightly off in single action, but still locks up well. Please refer to the photos prior to purchase. A wonderful collectible for Colt enthusiasts, or a shooter for a lover of history! No handgun sales in MA. C&R OK.
