Mauser Luger pistol BYF code for Mauser. Dated 1937. Bore is excellent. The sideplate is from a WW I Luger. Other parts are mismatched, The barrel has no serial number but is a WWII barrel with a small “42" on the underside. Rear toggle also numbered “42". The trigger and takedown lever are matching. Grips are very good plus with excellent checkering. The magazine is a modern replacement. The finish is a smooth blue- brown color that actually looks attractive. This is probably a post war reassembly of original parts. Reasonably priced.
