Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: This is a beautiful very lightly used Taylor's & Company Remington Model 1858 Cartridge Conversion Revolver in .45 Long Colt.  This Uberti-made and Taylor's & Co. assembled and finished revolver comes complete with the original box, shipping bag, tool, and owner's manual.  It features a beautfiul factory high-polish gloss-blue finish on the frame, barrel, and many of the small parts, a color-case hardened hammer, and a brass triggerguard.  It has a 8" inch octagon barrel with fixed iron sights, a 6-shot unfluted cylinder, and smooth Walnut grips with a gloss finish.  This recreation of the single-action Remington 1858 Cartridge Conversion has been fired maybe a couple of times at most and remains in 98% plus condition inside and out.  Outside of an extremely faint drag-line around the cylinder you would be hard-pressed to find any deductions.  The bore is mirror-bright and perfect with sharp rifling, and the grips are in like-new condition.  The action is extremely smooth and precise, and it is in perfect time whether it is worked fast or slow.  All of the controls are crisp and in perfect working order.  This Taylor's & Co. revolver should still function 100% like the day it left the factory and look great doing it.  If you have been looking for a handsome and unique single-action revolver for your collection outside of the normal Colt patterns, this Remington 1858 .45 Colt Cartridge Conversion revolver would be an excellent choice.  Not only should it be an excellent shooter, but the well-known Taylor's & Co. attention to detail and superb fit and finish is evident on this beauty.       SOLD Handgun Caliber: .45 Colt Manufacturer: Taylor's & Co.
