BEAUTIFUL and potent shooting the .38 S&W this antique single action revolver was made at the same time and engraved by the same master at the same factory as a Merwin and Hulbert that was featured on Antiques Roadshow and the last 3 pictures are that one as I have enclosed them for your comparison only.
This antique pistol is very shootable. It has a little black powder residue as shown in pics. Could use a good cleaning. The rifling is excellent. Overall EXTREMELY shiny in the sun. The action is excellent. The grips are rare and very desirable birddog type, without any cracks or chips or repairs or scuffs. Bird dog on the left side looking at that masterfully engraved bird.
