Description:
Here's a 40 year old Ithaca model 37 that looks 5 years old.
This is the 12 ga. Featherlight with 24" barrel. It was purchased in early 80's
with 28" barrel . Soon thereafter had Gunsmith shorten barrel to 24". It is now
cylinder bore , absolute perfect bird, rabbit gun ! Has original glow sight.
The 37 is great for right or left hand shooters. It loads bottom and eqects bottom.
In 1985 we had a hard winter with long lasting deep snow. What was good Quail population
was completely wiped out. This gun got retired ,hasn't been fired since.
Bottom line , It looks great and is in perfect condition mechanically.
I hate to see it go but it's time..
