Description:
Blast from the past. Winchester Model 12 Deluxe Grade Heavy Duck. This gun has a 32" barrel, with factory solid rib. Deluxe Winchester wood, with factory checkering, and Winchester grip cap. Serial # is 107xxxx, making it a 1947 model. This gun is mechanically good, but shows wear from usage. Bluing is overall pretty good, with some wear on barrel. Wood has lost some factory varnish and original pad is missing. Needs new pad. Overall length of pull is 13 1/2" Think this is right for the 3" heavy duck model (wood 12 1/2") with original winchester weighting in stock. Barrel is 32" with solid rib. Choke has been opened up to about .022 Original guns were about .029 constriction. Would make a great shooter for the guy that likes the classics.
