This is a flat-mint, unfired, and 100% original 1988 Ducks Unlimited Browning Sweet 16 Auto 5 Shotgun in 16 gauge with the original DU case, owner's manual, and 3 factory chokes. This limited-production gun was made by Miroku of Japan for Browning, and is a very high-quality shotgun with superb level of fit and finish. This 16 gauge Ducks Unlimited Sweet 16 features a polished silver and factory-engraved receiver with a Ducks Unlimited motif, a gloss-blued 26" inch vent rib barrel factory-fit for Browning Invector choke tubes, a gold-finished trigger, and a checkered deluxe Walnut stock set with a factory recoil pad and a high-gloss finish. Bought new by the original owner, this Ducks Unlimited edition Browning Sweet 16 was put up as an investment, never once carried afield or fired. It is in perfect condition, and even still has the factory warning sticker on the barrel stating that it has screw-in choke tubes from the factory. The engraving is crisp, clean, and tasteful, showing wetlands, various ducks and geese, and the DU logo. The silver/polished finish is clean and perfect, rating 99% plus. The factory gold finish on the trigger is perfect rating 100%, while the high-gloss factory blue finish on the barrel is pristine as well, rating 99% plus. The bore is mirror-bright and perfect, free from any dents, bulges, pitting, or imperfections of any kind. The vent rib is straight as an arrow and perfectly joined to the barrel. The factory stock set is really spectacular on this Sweet 16, showing beautiful figure and contrast in the wood. The checkered panels are crisp and clean, and the gloss clearcoat finish on the forearm and buttstock is 100% intact, bright, and crystal clear. The factory Browning-branded recoil pad was expertly fit to the buttstock by the factory, and is in like-new condition. The action on this Browning is slick and smooth, and all of the controls are in perfect working order. There is no doubt should the new owner choose to shoot this Sweet 16 that it sould function flawlessly. As mentioned before, it comes complete with the original DU branded hard plastic case, the factory owner's manual, and three factory choke tubes consisting of Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder. If you have been looking for a perfect Ducks Unlimited Browning Sweet 16, this is it! You could not upgrade from this beauty in any way.
