Description:
This unique #1 frame gun made with factory original 27" barrels. The gun was made with splinter forend, extractors, double triggers, capped pistol grip buttstock and DHBP. Gun is serial number 226,000 adding to its uniqueness. According to TPS, just 22 made with this barrel length, this gun made in 1928. Barrel length guaranteed original and matches the serialization book as found.
This gun remains in high original condition with more than 97% original barrel blue and more than 90% bold original case colors. It has been used very little. There is a tiny (<1/4") near invisible repair at the toe and an old professionally repaired dent at the top of the left tube about 6" from the muzzle- these are the only perceptible flaws in the gun and they are both hardly worth mentioning. Bores are bright and shiny and mechanics are crisp.
