The Remington New Model No. 4 revolver was manufactured circa 1877 to 1888. This five-shot revolver is chambered in 38 short centerfire. The 2.5"" round barrel has a good bore with erosion in the grooves. The barrel is marked E. REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, N.Y. This revolver features full nickel plate finish with approx. 90% remaining. The ivory grips are very good with a couple of small age cracks. The action functions correctly and the cylinder indexes correctly. The ivory grips make this a must for any Remington revolver collection. Don't miss this reasonably priced gun!
