Description:
This classic Winchester 61 is in very nice shape! The original blued finish is turning slightly gray in a few high wear areas, but the gun exhibits no active corrosion or pitting. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling its entire length. Bolt face is clean. Original stock and fore end are exceptionally good, with no scratches, cracks, or gouges. Original press-checkered steel butt plate is intact and in great shape. Action works smoothly and locks up tight. Factory grooved receiver top. An excellent example of one of the most elegant rimfire pump rifles ever made!
