World War two Japanese Type 97 Sniper rifle, cal/ 6.5 jap. coupele with Mum, scope, cleaning rod, and sling,
a vet. bring back, (No Import Marks). Sn.3127, Mfg. by Nagoya. The scope is a 2.5 power, Mfg. by Tokyo Sn. on the mount is 11072, and the Sn. on the scope is 12233, but the not matching to the rifle. The optics look clear , no cracks or chips. The top of the barrel shows signs of pitting, the bore is dark with strong rifling. the Sn. on the bolt is 183. The stock is in very good condition, no cracks or deep gouges, I do not have any other history, purchased from a vets. estate many years ago, have not disasembled or rermoved the scope.
This rifle will be shipped complete in a hard case.
