Description:
45-70 cal rifle barrel and 3 inch cartridge 20 ga shotgun barrel. Marked on top of the rib is “Blissett and Son High Holborn London.” 4-leaf folding express sight. Period front sight. Nicely figured European Circassian Walnut stocks with shotgun style buttplate. Checkering has been freshened. Looks good. Complete with correct sling eyes. Back action locks are very delicately engraved and marked “Blissett and Son”. Nice looking gun. Double trigger bottom opener. Double hammer. Beautiful delicate looking gun! Bbls have been refinished a long time ago. Still retain about 90% of the professional refinish. Receiver has about 20% nickeling original case colors. No pitting. Smooth sharp crisp action.
