We offer you a “CUSTOM” Winchester Model 12 20 Gauge Shotgun with a Simmons Rib and Thumbhole Stock.
The model 12 wears a 28” barrel with a 2 ¾” chamber, fixed full choke and an excellent bore with no issues. The rib is marked “SIMMONS GUN SPECIALTIES INC. KANSAS CITY. MO.”. The barrel is marked “MADE IN NEW HAVEN. CONN U.S. OF AMERICA / WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL”. “WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK”. MODEL 12 -20 GA – 2 ¾ CHAM. / FULL”. The metal was refinished and wears a high polish bluing that is in very fine condition with some use marks and wear. The Deluxe style forearm is in excellent condition with no issues. The thumbhole fancy butt stock is in very fine condition with no issues and a L.O.P. of 15” over the still soft pad. The matching serial numbers are 1095878 tells us the shotgun was manufactured in 1947.
