STEVENS GALLERY RIFLE IN .22 SHORT ; fair bore, FAIR stock, 23 7/8'' barrel, Slide action tube magazine fed repeating rifle chambered in .22 SHORT rimfire. Manufactured 1906-1910. Original blue finish turned mostly brown, original plain walnut stock with the original FACTORY ADVERTIZING buttplate. Beaded fixed front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight, missing the thumb slider. Clear markings, stamped on top of the barrel with the J. Stevens address and 1906 patent dates in two lines. Mechanically fine, complete and original. VERY HARD TO FIND IN .22 SHORT!
