Description:
L.C.Smith 20 gauge Trap grade built in 1926 by Hunter Arms. This gun has 26" barrels choked improved cylinder (.005") and improved cylinder (.005"). The bores are bright and free of any rust,pits, or dents. The barrels lock up on face with no play and the ejectors are strong and timed.. The gun has been hunted but is in very good original conditon. It retains traces of the original case colors, 85% of the original barrel blue,and 80% of the original wood finish with no cracks. The engraving is sharp and crisp as are all the screw slots. This is a rare little gun that would make a great upland bird gun or a fun gun for vintager clays. This is a rare configuration and would be a fine candidate for restoration. As it is now it is a great little hunting gun from the golden age of American doubles. C&R eliglble.
