Description:
This is the FN Model 98 Mauser long export pattern bayonet that fits the FN Mauser model 98, 1924, 24/30 and 34 along with the Yugoslavian Model 1924 Mauser. It measures 20 ½" with an unmarked 15 1/8" blade that is in excellent brightly polished condition with only minor carbon staining. The steel cross guard and pommel (numbered on the top) show light freckling and handling scratches with excellent wood grips that show light use marks. The black steel scabbard is very good with numerous scratches and overall freckling.
