Payment Types Accepted: money order Description: Here is a War Between the States survivor. These cap and ball revolvers were made between 1858 and 1862. This appears to be a Second Model with the thicker top-strap and the first variation with no safety notches and a brass trigger guard. It also has the early loading lever lock. It is essentially a no finish gun but the lettering is sharp and the bore looks close to mint. The nipples have probably been replaced over the years as they look good and I'm sure this gun would shoot just fine with the proper loads. Action and lock-up are good. At 160 years of age it works just like it should. No pitting or rust but does show age. Ships direct to your door via priority mail, insured, for $40.
