This Savage Model 1917 was produced in 1926. The serial number of this pistol is 254963. It has the 3 5/8 inch barrel. The bore is in minty condition! This pistol is chambered for the 32 A.C.P. cartridge. This pistol has all of the original matte finish intact. The original finish would rate a 99% overall condition. The trigger has the color cased finish. The grips are original to this pistol. There are some scuff marks on the right hand panel. The original magazine holds 10 shells. The action works properly and locks up tight. This Savage shows very little use or being fired. This gun is in very fine original condition! These matte finish guns are not commonly seen today!
