Description:
L.C.Smith O grade 16 gauge with ejectors. Built in 1909,this gun has 26" fine damascus barrels choked cylinder and improved cylinder. The barrels are original length and have mint bores. The barrels have excellent wall thickness with .070" in front of the chambers and a minimum of .030" at the muzzle. The gun retains around 40% of the original case colors,90% of the damascus pattern,and 80% of the original wood finish. The stock is sound with no cracks. O grade ejector guns are very scarce. The ejectors are strong and properly timed. I shot skeet with this gun and it patterns much tighter than you would expect for an open choked gun. It would make a great quail,grouse,or woodcock gun. An American classic that you can shoot and enjoy. C&R eligible.
