NEW YORK Engraved, PEARL GRIPS, and CORRECT FACTORY BOX!
Here we present a Smith & Wesson Double Action Top Break Revolver in .32 S&W, made circa the turn of the Century in Springfield, Massachusetts. The 4th model was made between 1883 and 1909 with a total of roughly 240,000 revolvers made. This would have been a nice gun to wear in a small belt holster or slip into a pocket for self-defense. Smith & Wesson, then as now, were known for their high-quality revolvers.
This one is incredibly beautiful with its period engraving and silver finish with gold accents. Grips are mother of pearl. This comes in an original factory box. This was likely purchased from the factory for distribution and singled out for special engraving.
The overall condition is fine. The action is as strong as ever. The bore is bright. Both pearl grips are in fine condition. The period box that is included remains in good shape. A gem of a Smith & Wesson!
