Sale pending to the man from Hawaii// This customized rifle is now engraved and has had the barrel and buttplate blued. The action was french grayed. It features a 26.5" Benchmark made octagon barrel and is chambered for the 22KE Hornet. The metal work included modifying the straight grip to make it into a pistol grip rifle. This obviously required a new trigger guard too. The stock is made of California English Walnut. The stock and all metal work were done by Bruce Farman. This a beautifully finished and light weight rifle that is very likely going to be an absolute tack driver. I would suggest putting target blocks and an MVA scope on it. Did you notice the figure in the stock?!! The ballistics possible with the KE Hornet are superb, and with the case shoulder you don’t have the problem of case head separations like with the standard hornet. And you can even use standard hornet ammo in this rifle. Standard Hornet ammo fired is ejected as 22 KE Hornet. Whidden inc will make you the dies if you don't have them.
