If the firearm is defective after you take it home, the firearm must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It is legal for you to ship a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer. Also, we do not reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping. We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.
