A very fine Remington No. 4 rifle with a 22" coragonal barrel mostly blue about 90%+. The bore is clean with strong rifling, and very mild roughness in the grooves.coloring fro the color case hardening. The frame has This is for .22 short, and .22 long. a .22LR high velocity may not be healthy as this is an old rifle. Left side of breech on barrel is stamped at the factory: DNN3. Top of barrel clearly marked and don;t see any serial numbers present. The American walnut stock are excellent with what apppers to be original hand rubber finish, not glossy. Has origjinal factory sights, with a crescent srell buttpate stating: REMINGTON UMC. A very fine rifle with condition way above the average. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
