WW1 COLT U.S. MODEL 1911 MILITARY .45 ACP CAL. PISTOL CIRCA 1917. All original and matching including the original “H P” inspected barrel. Serial numbered in the 208,xxx range. Fine example well above average with much of the original military brush blue finish mixed with some dark even patina. Very crisp address and markings as well nice “UNITED STATES PROPERTY” stamp on frame. Has all correct Ordnance inspection stamps. Original grips with light to moderate wear and good checkering. Working order and really nice bright bore which is unusual for one of these. Fine original example at a reasonable price.
