For sale. 1947 Jeffrey English Farquharson Falling Block Benchrest Rifle - 270/348
This one of a kind rifle was built by the Pfeifer Rifle Company, with carving and checkering on the incredible burl walnut and ebony stock by Monty Kennedy, and beautiful game scene engraving by Arnold Griebel.
This rifle is in original condition having only been test fired and otherwise kept in a gun case.
It measures 41 inches overall with a 25 inch bull barrel fitted with a J. Unertl 12x scope. The scope is in original condition with recoil springs and threaded scope caps. Gun weight is 15lbs.
It’s hard to put a price on this unique rifle as there’s nothing else like it out there but I am offering it at $18,500.00 or best offer thereabouts.
