Description:
PRICE DROP Very nice antique Derringer that is unmarked. Forward on trigger guard closely resembles an unmarked derringer attributed to George Gillespie of NY. Fully functional with half and full cock, barrel is clean. Nice engraving on most metal parts (trigger guard, side plate, lock, tang, hammer and barrel). and two gold bands on breach plug. Rifled barrel seems to be 45 cal. as a 440 round ball drops down the barrel. Barrel is 1 3/4 inches long and total length is approx. 5 1/2 inches.
