Action works perfectly. Bore has very strong rifling with some corrosion in the grooves. The revolver has been nickel plated long ago. Smith & Wesson barrel marking on top rib are clear. Cylinder number matches frame serial number. Grips are old ivory and have a mellow color. Inside of the one of the grips is the name ""RA Follette"" in beautiful script. This is an attractive revolver.
