Description:
L.C.Smith 20 gauge trap grade built in 1926. This gun has 26" Armor steel barrels choked improved cylinder (.005") and improved cylinder (.005"). It has double triggers,ejectors, and a pistol grip stock. The bores are bright and free of rust or dents. The barrels are on face and lock up with no play. The gun has been hunted with but is in all original condition. The engraving is sharp and crisp as are the screw heads. The barrels retain 80% of the original blue,the receiver retains traces of the original case colors,and the stock retain 80% of the original wood finish. The stock is sound with no cracks. This is a great little upland bird gun that weighs 6-0. Trap grade twentys are rare as the grade was mostly 12 gauge guns. A great quail or grouse gun for the shooter who likes classic American doubles. C&R eliglble.
