On Hold Sale Pending . Circa 1850's percussion smooth bore Fowler. Dark walnut half stock in very good condition. 39" octagon to round smooth bore barrel approximately 69 caliber. Brass butplate and trigger guard. Lock and barrel have a mostly smooth brown patina. 2 proof marks near breach appear to be British. Only other markings are A-N412 on the but plate and barrel.
