RARE BRITISH WEBLEY NO. 4 PRYSE ’S PATTERN DOUBLE ACTION .476 CAL. 5 ¾” REVOLVER CIRCA 1880’S. All original and matching with 5 ¾” barrel with retailer name on top (C. GOLDEN, CHEAPSIDE. BRADFORD). Scarce in this large caliber. Particularly fine condition with much of the original blue with only light wear. Excellent grips. Perfect markings including the “WEBLEY’S/NO. 4/476 CF” stamp on frame. Perfect working order and excellent bore and chambers. Identical to the closely numbered one in the Royal Small Arms Factory Museum Collection illustrated on page 112 of Bruce and Reinhart’s book “WEBLEY REVOLVERS”.
