1925 A.H. FOX STERLINGWORTH PHILA. 12GA. SIDE BY SIDE TRAP SHOTGUN WITH CUSTOM STOCK. Serial number "105XXX". 29 1/2" "Sterlingworth Fluid Compressed Steel" barrels choked Mod and Full and having raised solid rib with crisp checkering and addresses. Mint bores. Tight lockup with lever right of center. Traces of original case colors on receiver recesses and same amount of bluing on triggerguard. Wood is custom with beavertail forend with crisp fleur de le style checkering and same on wrist of buttstock. Buttstock is highly customized with semi pistol grip, cheekrest and really cool engraved steel buttplate from an earlier generation percussion shotgun which gives it a great look. 14" length of pull over that buttplate. Dbl triggers, extractor and auto safety. The restock job is old but expertly inletted to all metal parts. Beavertail forend has been streamlined on the inside to compensate for weight I guess(see photo).
