Guns by Sally-always the best for less. We are extremely proud to offer this stunning Ruger wheel gun engraved by the late, great Bob Valade. Bob is one of the most respected master engravers of modern times. He has been called the engraver of the stars, as he engraved guns for John Wayne, Roy Rogers, Clint Eastwood, and Ronald Reagan. Upon his passing in 2016, the legislative assembly of Oregon passed a resolution to acknowledge the accomplishments and high character of lifetime resident Robert Bromley Valade. His self taught engraving caught on quickly, and his work has been highly sought after ever since. This creation started as a 2009 Ruger Vaquero, chambered in .45 long Colt. Then, Mr. Valade covered just about every surface with cattle brand engraving, plated it gold, and fitted a pair of creamy smooth real stag grips to it. I am glad he put his signature to it, as this will be an heirloom for many generations. The true collector will appreciate that the original Ruger case, manual, safety lock keys, and factory test round are included.
