Description:
"Made in 1904. 25-35 caliber with a 26" barrel. The barrel is marked “25-36M" which is really 25-35 Winchester caliber that marlin marked under their own nomenclature to avoid using Winchester’s marking. Barrel has some original blue, but has mostly a brown to gray patina. Frame is a mottled gray patina. Wood is very good. Bore is dark with strong rifling.
