Description:
~Astra Model 300 .380ACP semi automatic pistol, made in Spain for use by the German military. According to several sources, this pistol falls into the serial number period in which the Germans used these pistols, however some were marked with Waffenamt markings, and others were not, such as this one. The pistol was likely manufactured in the early 1940's and delivered to the Germans shortly after. The pistol features fully checkered hardwood grip panels, sporting its original fine blued finish and a single-action blowback mechanism. The pistol is in exceptional condition for its' age, withe most of the finish still remaining, with the exception of a few contact areas and edges, as shown. The pistol has some minor galled metal in some areas, such as the barrel bushing and the slide serrations. Otherwise, the pistol is in excellent working order with a smooth action, function fire control mechanism and a great bore. Included with the pistol is a correct 6rd magazine.
