Description:
Colt Single Action Army 3rd Generation In .44 Special, SA48XXX manufactured 1981. Features standard markings with 7 ½” blue barrel with color case hardened frame, fitted with black checkered eagle grips. In very good condition overall with a couple scuff marks on the right side of the backstrap & left side of frame & a couple very light scratches on the left side of the barrel just above ejector as well as end of barrel on right side at front sight. Mechanically excellent. This is 1 of 997 Model P-1770’s produced in 1981 with a total production of 3917. Complete with Colt woodgrain box with matching label numbered to the revolver & papers.
